WoW Freakz spell link: Rime
Bug description: Dk Frost, cand folosesc obliterate si se activeaza Rime ,daca folosesc howling blast cu bufful respectiv nu imi da runic power. Ar trebui sa imi dea 10 runic power cum imi da cand il folosesc fara buff.

RP is generated from Howling Blast not Rime procs. If you Howling Blast without the proc you get RP. If Rime procs and you Howling Blast you get nothing.

You only get Runic Power by actually spending Runes. Since Rime removes the Rune cost of Howling Blast, it generates no Runic Power when you use it.

Another bug regarding Rime: with the Gathering storm talent using Rime procs while remorseless winter is active does not prolong its duration. It does prolong it in retail, regardless of it not generating a rune.
