[REJECTED] Deeds of Valor not working

Bug description: Deeds of Valor not working
Proof: I just spent 39,000 timeless coins on 13 Deeds of Valor. I used up 11 of them before I realised that they weren't giving me the valor points. I still have the remaining two Deeds in my bags. I tried to return them for refund but apparently I can't, even though your site says they are refundable.

Not sure how I can give you proof of this as I didn't expect anything to go wrong so havent any screenshots to show.

Edit : Okay I used one of my two remaining Deeds to show it not working

Hope that worked ... so now I am claiming back all 13 Deeds of valor in Valor points as it is highly likely that the remaining one in my bags won't work either.

Were you capped before using them? There is a closed topic about this same thing. Please post a screenshot with you valor cap.

I had 390 valor pts when i bought them and then used 250 for an upgrade so now i have 140 ... it shows that in the pics i already posted ... and the pics clearly show that i had 140 - used deed - still had 140.

So you used 11+2 for a total of 13 deeds which would grant you 100 valor each, thus 1300 valor in total, with the weekly maximum being 1000?
You were most likely capped prior to using the deeds as valor reset occurs on Friday.

You can check this yourself either from the currency tab of your toon or from the website here:https://www.wow-freakz.com/character_list.php (make sure you are logged in)

valor weekly cap is different from total valor cap.
You can obtain a maxium of 1000 valor every week, not more.
And the maximum total valor that you can have is 3000.
Each deeds of valor gives you 100 valor.
As said in the previous post, 13x100=1300.
You were probably valor capped.

The item works perfectly fine, however if you were already valor capped (Maximum of 1000 valor points per week) as already stated above you WONT receive anything over that.
