Bug description:
Right now on the live server Eye beam seems to be broken. The spell by default should cost 50 fury, subtracting the Wide Eyes trait which reduces eye beam cost by 5 for each rank 4/4 rank means that eye beam should cost 30 fury. At the moment it seems that this trait is being ignored by the system. I do have a relic which gives me +1 wide eyes so that's 25 fury. The traits seem to be bugged as well, they are showing non sense numbers. The following traits are :

While typing this, I have just realised that Metamorphosis cooldown seems to be bugged as well :
https://imgur.com/gallery/7uGAQra as you can see the CD is 4.67 minutes with 1 relic which gives Unleashed Demons rank which is ridicoulous.

Now let's get to the serious part of this bug report. Damage calculation for eye beam seems to be really off.
The 10 in 1(APx0.55)x10 represents the amount of ticks it does in it's whole duration, considering also the fact that I am playing with Blind Fury, which makes your Eye Beam tick for 15.

So the math behind the spell goes like this :
1x (48,537 x 0.55) = 1 tick damage = 26,695.35
26,695.35 x 1.05 (Chaos Burn trait) x 1.10 (Illidari Ferocity trait) x 1.42 (Chaos Vision trait)
x 1.6212 (Mastery) x 1.0485 (Versatility) x 1.40 ( Tier 21 2 P bonus that increases eye beam damage by 40%)
x 1.14 (Havoc Demon Hunter aura) x2 (it always crits) =
238925.5839

Stats : 48537 agility , 8953 mastery , 3640 versatility

I assume that all of the bugs I've pointed out here, have something to do with the traits.

EDIT
After restarting pc, deleting cache and wtf folder, the issues regarding eye beam cost and trait visuals no longer persists.
The eye beam dmg seems to be better now, however it is still off. With the same stats I've mentioned my tick was 211k which is almost 30k off.

This picture leads me to believe that your whole stats were incorrect during the math you've shown above. You've added too much mastery.
Please provide proper Pictures of your stats.

Can't really reproduce the exact same stats, the best I could do was this https://imgur.com/gallery/jYlBTBc 9193 mastery , 3995 versatility
The stats are similar to those I've done the tests with. I've made sure to remove any buffs or proccs so it wouldn't interfere the raw data. There's the result https://imgur.com/gallery/sSANHs3 which seems to be off as well.

I've had your DH checked for the traits, and from that I can see you have 6 points in the Eye Beam Damage increase Trait which is 36%, meaning the 1.42 modifier is changed to 1.36. When you do this exchange you get the spot on numbers.
Rejected.

So with the beginning of the report, you've stated that the report is about Eye Beam when in fact you reported Metamorphosis as well. With this said, please, in the future follow the template of reporting one bug per one report as multiple bugs on one place can make the report messy.

Now about the formula that you used, I see you've copied it from the previous report (excluding the mistake I made in it) here. In that report, I've stated that 1.42 modifier for Chaos Vision because I have rank 7 of the trait myself. The formula doesn't apply in your case since your rank of the trait is 6, making the modifier 1.36. So in the future as you add / lower this and other traits, make sure to calculate and use the right trait ranks and have the correct modifiers calculated.
