Bug description: cooldownul abilitatii nu scade corespunzator cu 3/3 traituri + 1relic, cooldownul final ar trebuii sa fie 3minute si 40 secunde dar cooldownul actual este 3 minute si 75 secunde

Is right: 3.75 min is equal at 3 min and 45 sec, at rank 4, 5 and 6 cd is reduced by 15 instead 20 sec, tooltip is wrong, but cd is rightly reduced

The cooldown on meta is working fine , just as enox mentioned after rank 3 the trait starts having diminishing returns .
