Bug description: Cannot consume under 2 soul fragments, you can consume 5, but it will always stay two soul fragment
which cannot be consumed.

that's just not the case , it was most likely a visual bug .

Fragment buff placed on character is delayed compared to what is visually represented on the screen through animations. It’s even like that on live. You are either consuming too early and then those fragments hit the ground to be absorbed or......

I will reject this because i can't reproduce it . What happened in your screenshot was most likely just a visual bug , hence you weren't able to consume those 2 souls . If this happens in the future please try to video record it and explain how to test it better .
