Bug description: Spirit Bomb not consuming Soul Fragment

Of note: It is not the first time this bug occured (2nd time sighted) and it appears to be hard to replicate. On the first time it appeared to be a negative positive.

That screenshot you provided litteraly shows nothing at all besides the fact that you have 5 fragments , no proof you used spirit bomb . 15 minutes of continuous testing on dummy resulted in nothing , the spell works fine . Rejected .
