In Dragon Soul at the 5th Boss(Ultraxion) doesen't appear when I speak with Thrall.

Try relogging when you start the Ultraxion battle! That worked for me.

Yes,If i killed Ultraxion, he don't have loot
And I need to kill him with 1 hit

yeah, sadly he is unlootable. Once you get him to 1hp, it does let you continue on to Skyfire and then the Deathwing bossfight however. I wouldn't recommend it if you're going for loot, as the loot cache doesn't even drop on Deathwing. I would wait til they fix Dragon Soul before continuing further

The achievement title still works though.

here is what i found out, Summary of all what u say
1. when u start the battle u stuck in shadow relm,
2. u have to re log to come back to our relm,
3 .Then Boss appear and In HC ( he start falling down not attackable), in normal hes attackable
4. In HC, he disappear and reset if u try to attack after he stops falling, in normal he is killable
5. Loots sometimes, very rarely appear on top of temple in normal version,

Also mention, Deathwing last boss don't have loots either, technically, all mount dropping bosses in dragon soul bugged or no loots

Confirmed but it need fixed, i won't relog everytime against this boss because its kill is no counted for achievement and for loot too
