Bug description: Does not apply weakened armor. Dos not reduce speed (i dont know if stealth is woriking). While that tallent chosen, does not replce the faerie fire in spell book

confirm, rogues can go stealth even with faerie on them, it slows nothing, doesn't add weakened armor effect, and icon not changed
