Bug description: The initial rejuvenation heal doesn't benefit from mastery. It should.

With mastery active (see top right for the Harmony buff - which has 3 secs remaining):

Rejected.

The only affected spells by Mastery should be Healing Touch, Wild Mushroom: Bloom, Regrowth, Nourish and Swiftmend.
