[REJECTED] [Druid][Restoration] Healing Touch vs Mastery / Healing Over Time Effect

Bug description: You will see it better on *PROOF* pictures because I cant explain what exactly is bugged there is problem with mastery healing touch normal heal is 428k
Mastery is 18% per one Healing Over Time
5 hots on the target means
5 * 18% so = 90% increase healing on every spell for example {everyone spams it in arena} healing touch
BUT no is the BUT

Normal heal is 428k
and with 5hots so
428k * 1.9 = 1.4M ?

1.4M / 428k = 3.34

and 3.34 =/= 1.9 in my opinion

Full druid are healing every healing touch for 1.6+M per cast

and I dont think it is how its supposed to be
If there will be any PvP player that plays this or even against it will see that is a bug issue because
428k * 1.9 = 813k
so lets say full druids
will heal about 1M but they heal 1.6M :} :} :} please FIX its URGENT everyone plays druid because they are abusing it FIX ASAP

I think there is problem with Mastery / Healing Over Time benefit because this is so dumb how broken it is look at proof explained on pictures
This Healing Touch "build" is played with NOURUSH( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=203374&&name=nourish ) to have all 5 hots applied which is legit but the healing from the benefit is not legit its masive difference

So it is absolutely OK that druid heals in 80% dampening without any problem

Even I healed against Unholy DK in 80damp as 45trait 875ilvl restodruid against full traited DK

And I just spammed Healing Touch
Healing Touch
Healing Touch
and that was All I have done

Not even that you are healed for 1.4M
You are even Shielded with another 800k thats legit absolutely legit KAPPA :} :} :}

To heal 2.2M with one heal thats OK and you can spam it nothing bugged about it

Even DJKIWI from retail said it was not working like this while he played legion

so maybe its just broken on 7.2.5 no idea but rdruid rly cant be killed its like impossible when it heals about 700k per hit in 60% dampening I think its bullshit when other healers heal about 150k max but ok ...
