[DUPLICATE] [Item] Writhing Heart of Darkness

Bug description: The item [Writhing Heart of Darkness] gives the target 3 stacks over 6 seconds of a debuff (Feed on the weak) that reduces the damage it does to you. Now, the problem is that the debuff is reducing 6% damage per stack, for a total of 18% when it should be reducing around 2.9-3% per stack (see the sidenote). I think the item is wrongly parsing the "6 seconds" as the damage reduction. I tested it against fixed damage skills and it's not visual, it's reducing 18% damage.

Sidenote: That value "2.66%" in the second screenshot is bugged too; the dmg reduction scales with the item lvl, i had the 910 version of that trinket (just got the 950 a week ago) and the reduction was the same. For the 950 item it should be around 2.9-3%.
