Bug description: Celestial Breath not effected by following mods:

1. Versatility

2. 4% General healing increase


2. 5% general healing increase from artefact trait "Mistweaving" : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=214921&&&&name=mistweaving


3. 10% general healing increase from artefact trait "Mists of the Broken Temple" : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=241134&&name=mists-of-the-broken-temple


4. 3% general healing increase from artefact trait "Mists of Wisdom" : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=214516&&name=mists-of-wisdom
