[DUPLICATE] [Rogue][Talent][Death From Above] on the way back doing no damage

Bug description: It happens 60% of the time, after using [Death From Above] on the way back, doesnt dive down, just floating in the air and doing no damage.( not casting the eviscerate with 50% more damage). I thought it was a visual bug but according to (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=58423&name=relentless-strikes) you refund energy after spending combo point but here, you're not getting energy refund, meaning the 2nd stage of death from above(50% stronger eviscerate) was not casted.
