[FIXED] [Mage][PvE][PvP] Brain Freeze & Fingers of Frost

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: 1. Brain freeze ar trebui sa consume 1 proc de Fingers of Frost(daca exista) in cazul in care utilizez Frostfire Bolt, dar nu face asta.
2. De asemenea Frostfire Bolt utilizat cat timp cele 2 procuri sunt active ar trebui sa beneficieze de mastery si de talentul http://www.wow.freakz.ro/spells.php?spell=12982&&name=shatter (doar de multiplicatorul de crit).
3. Finger of Frost (bufful) ar trebui sa dispara la spell cast nu spell hit, astef daca dai miss sa nu ramana bufful.
4. Daca petul nu da hit (il dai in gol) pe niciun target cu Nova (cand avem talentul Improved Freeze), atunci Fingers of Frost n-ar trebui sa procuie. Zice si in tooltip When it strikes enemy targets.

PS: in al 2-lea screenshot la secunda 14 doar a procuit fingers of frost din Frostfire bolt.

De mastery nu beneficiaza daca ai FoF up. Targetul este considerat frozen doar pentru cele 2 spelluri. FoF activeaza doar talentul Shatter si spellul Deep Freeze. Restul e ok in bug report ti-am modificat doar partea aceea si am mai adaugat 2 buguri. Daca ai dovada ca beneficiaza Frostfire bolt din mastery atunci cand e FoF up faci post nou.

Random fix. Daca reapare postati din nou.
