[FIXED] [Quest] We Have a Problem vs Invasion Quests

Bug description: Turalyon should offer quest We Have a Problem after finishing Where They Least Expect It quest, which require to do 1 invastion point. These 2 quests are part on MAIN story line. However right now one must also complete Invasion Point Offensive which require 3 invasions points cleared but its SIDE quest chain and shouldn't be required in main chain.

according to the database this should be the order, so after finishing the sigil of awakening you should be able to get We have a problem, is this currently not the case? I've tested this chain and didn't notice this issue as I could just continue the campaign.

As you can see on screenshot#4, questmark above Turalyons head popped (with We Have a Problem) as soon as I completed Invasion Point Offensive.
