[REJECTED] Blasted Lands, "Loramus Thalipedes" is not spawning

Bug description:The Quest giver npc "Loramus Thalipedes" is not spawning in it's proper place and I can't find him anywhere, I cannot finish two quests and the rest of it's questline due to this bug.
He is suposed to spawn in "Serpent's Coil" but is either not spawning at all, or spawning somewhere far of.
Hope someone can fix this, have a nice day.
