Bug description: I already got both followers (Li Li Stormstout and Chen Stormstout) and appears 1/1 1/1 but i can't complete the quest and i don't know why.

Relogging sometimes doesn't work for all players. If the issue still persists, then abandon the quest, delete cache and take the quest again. That will make it autocompleted.
