Bug description: Dazed should only proc when an attack hits the player, but the debuff is being applied even when the attack is prevented, either being dodged or being avoided by Parry, Prydaz shield, etc. This is making a LOT of content to be really annoying to play.
Proof: I don't know how to record videos ingame.
