Bug description: The npc to deliver the quest was not appearing, or instanced, or probally falling under the map

Can you target the NPC? Try to do /target Kayn Sunfury to see if he's under the texture.

You can also try to go back to his first location where you picked up the quest here and see if you can turn in the quest there.

After the server reset he had appear in the right place, maybe some kind of instance bug, i'll keep watching for more of those, u can close the topic
