[REJECTED] [Missing Transmogs] Lost mogs after the patch

Bug description: With 7.3.5 patch i lost some transmogs. After carefully checking the Appearances window i realized that those mogs now drop from different sources (Let's say.. before from boss x in dungeon y at Normal difficult, now in same boss, same dungeon, but HC difficult), so, even if i thought it was a bit absurd, ok, it could be that the mog acquisition mechanic somehow unlearned them. But now, i'm having 2 problems:

1. Some of those mogs NOW come from WoD dungeons/raids that are closed or from lfr instances (before from n/hc/m ones) that can't be accessed in any way.
2. A couple days ago, i reacquired one of the mogs from Emerald Nightmare, learned it, even transmogged it for a while and the next day, gone again. I didn't keep the item, so it's lost again and i'm afraid it'll happen again if i farm it once more.

What can i do? How can i recover the lost mogs?

Proof: I can't post any proof, since now the mogs appear as "not learned".

Hello, so far we really can't make up for the lost apperances from transitioning to 7.3.5 patch.
But the other issue with the mogs disappearing now again, doesn't happen to me for example. What you can do is firstly clear your cache folder and then learn some low level transmog item (maybe a boe from the auction house) to test it. After you learn it, relog and see if it stayed. Then check the next day, if it stayed as well. Will leave the topic open so you can inform us if the issue still persists.

That solution was suggested some time ago to me by another GM when i had a similar problem, however, i don't think this is the same situation. That works when the mog is not showing anywhere in the transmog options, not as learned or not-learned, being just a visual thing, which usually is client-side, but in this case, the mog is showing as not-learned, and as far as i know, which mogs you have is server-side. I think that's somehow related to the fact that the mogs were lost, i'm guessing that when i reacquired it, somehow it didn't "send" the server db the que telling it the mog was acquired since it's half-thinking that i "already have it" (if i remember right, the add-mog message didn't appear this time). I'm not sure if i'm explaining myself right, but it's like the db sees that i already GOT that mog, but not that i HAVE it, so i can't "get" it again, cause it's not triggering the "mog-learn" mechanic.

I understand what you mean but still, try my suggestion. I had the same issue of certain mogs and apperances getting deleted and after I farmed them back, they stayed and are present up to this day.

Just tried it and didn't work, i guess if i manage to get the item again i'll have to keep it in inventory. Thanks for everything, you can close this .
