Bug description:

Hi!
I started the quest "Cry Thunder!", but while I was flying Vethir dropped me and I couldn't complete it. I abandoned it and try to restart it, but Vethir doesn't give me the previous quest to reach Thymjaris again ("Where dragons rule" link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39652&name=where-dragons-rule), so I can't continue.
