Bug description: I have a buggy quest. During the Thunderstorm quest on the Trial of Will, I disconnected while flying out of Hrydshal. When I got back I couldn't deliver the quest, so I abandoned it and tried to return to the mountain to get it again, but the NPC doesn't work.
