[REJECTED] "seat of the triumvirate" first boss

Bug description: the first boss in 'seat of the triumvirate': in the video u should be able to spam cast 'entangling roots' on the boss and he should not move much, in case the tank is in the void realm. But as you can see in the second video it doesn't work.

The video you linked as proof is from 7.3.2, I've checked multiple POVs from 7.3.5 including one from JB on the same character, and neither him, nor any other group have used roots on him.

Looked into the issue. This was a bug in 7.3.2 from what I can tell.
