Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Timpul de cast la Wrath e mai mare decat la Starfire. Dupa parerea mea timpul de cast al Wrathului e inversat cu timpul de cast al Starfireului si viceversa.
Dovada / Proof: Trebuie testat in joc.

Cast wrath: 1.8

Cast starfire: 1.5

starfire cast scade cand pui in https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=61346 (wowhead link) din cate am obserrvat. posibil si din altceva. din talente e oricum

SI wrath beneficiaza de spelul ala, nu vad rostul postului tau.

App am verificat pe charul meu... starfire are cast mai mare decat wrath cu vreo secunda

nu te uita doar la tooltip, ia-ti quartz sau ceva...si tu si casteza pe dummy/player sa vezi ca starfire are cast mai mic decat wrath, chiar daca in tooltip scrie altceva.

Am fost mai multe analize si am ajuns la o concluzie finala pentru acest topic:
---Wrath cast time este normal(fara haste pe mine) 2.50 sec --> Insa castu pe freakz este de 3.20 (fara haste) adica cast time de la starfire.
---Starfire cast time este normal(fara haste pe mine) 3.20 --> insa castu pe freakz este de 2.50 (fara haste) adica cast time de la Wrath.

Deci sunt inversate timpurile de cast la aceste 2 spelluri:)

Cast time-ul de baza e ok. Daca e vreo problema, e la un talent/spell ceva, il gasiti
