I cant accept the second quest The Emblazoned Runeblade because the quest isnt showing probably

To complete this quest, go over to the Runeforge and click on a sword on the ground near one. You'll get the quest item and you can turn it in and continue with the DK starting zone.

The quest is automatically accepted, it's a visual error.

Do as Emilia37 says, it works.
