Bug description: Emerald Winds isnt useable. It was bugged and pushed u backwards but now It just got removed.

It is disabled for some reason, it is a very helpful item for those that can't fly in legion.

Helpful or not, there are no requirements for using this item (depsite 98 lvl) if you already have it. Currently item is not usable (MESSAGE: Item is not available to you).
