Bug description: I did twice +11 and +15 and i took 2 frost relic. 1 900 and 1 910. when equip second as it better it suppose to give me more agility but from 37383 i didnt recieve more agility.i Dont know if it visual bug or anything but if you can fix it it please!

Relics don't provide primary stats; they provide bonuses to artifact traits.
Artifact traits don't increase primary stats for any class, so there would not be a difference in your Agility because relics wouldn't affect it.
