Bug description: Leech is not taking into account the Versatility healing-increase when leeching HP from the target.
Proof: I don't know how to post proof, but it's easy to check with any recount addon.

That would mean that leech would double dip on versatility since the healing/damage you do to the target is already increased by versatility and it shouldn't double dip

Well, i'm guessing both "effects" aren't mutually exclusive.

As VoidToilet stated the leech+versa interaction would be a double dip , which blizzard isn't too fond of , the avoid as much double dipping as possible which is also a case for this .
