Bug description: you can dispel multiple stack of the same buff with 1 dispel cast like "Lunar Empowerments" and "Solar Empowerments" from druid, "Tidal Waves" from shaman
before that expension you couldnt dispel the 3 stack of lifebloom with 1 dispel

watched some video but couldnt find proff with dispelling a stacking buff

im not 100% sure its a bug or not in that expansion so if someone could help

That's not a bug, dispel for healers should remove all poison, disease and magic effects in 1 cast.

Thats how blizzard changed it since mop.

If you are refering to dispel magic then i can agree that it should only remove 1 effect:

if u dispel like 5 Unstable Affliction some of them remain on the target

Like Elvenking said, that's how it's supposed to work. If it's a different thing, make a more specific bug report.
