Bug description: Hello , My Azerithe neck is at lvl 33 , and it says that i need 1 more artifact power for a leveling it up , aotherwise i took over 10 k even 15 k of azerithe and my neck is still stuck to level 33

Have you tried clearing your cache?

I did , it worked but i dont have my power of azeroth expirience that i gained i passed level and now i have around 200 xp of azeroth instead of 10

I had the same issue. The problem is just how it's displayed. Your heart is still leveling as it should and at some point it will fix itshelf. Mine was ''bugged'' from 33 to 35. After 35 I could see the progress normally again. Don;t worry.
