Bug description: He is bugged in mountain, cant kill him, cant attack him, it is like that for couple of days.

I think this is because he's spawned in the air but with loading and stuff it just falls (downfall, yolo jokes), you see his model on the ground but his body/hitbox is up in the air.

Go high enough and pull him. It's a general issue with flying creatures that refuse to keep flying.
