[REJECTED] High Exarch Turalyon doesn't appear

Bug description: After taking the quest and get to the location the High Exarch isn't there so i can't finish the quest after locating Velen

Hello,
Abandon the quest and relog + clear your Cache. Then take the quest again and walk next to Turalyon or if he's following, go fast enough so he doesn't fall too far behind.
The quest works fine, I did it myself couple of days ago.

Update - I will close this topic seeing that you haven't replied to it in 6 days, so I would assume that the quest has worked fine. If that's not the case, submit a ticket in-game.
