[REJECTED] [Highmountain]- Hunter class hall quest - [Rise, Champions] cant be completed or abandoned

Bug description: The quest [Rise, Champions] for Marksmanship Hunter, the NPC "Loren Stormhoof" isnt active, hes on the right spot but i can only to target him or mouse over, i cant "talk" with him to the way i need so i can finish the quest. And the quest by it self cant be abandoned! Yes i tryed to relog, unstuck, delete catche, abandon all other quests and even cry a few times - pointless, so im kinda hopeless. I writed 5 ingame tickets all the responds were kinda the same, delete catche, try to abandon - I DELETED the CATCHE and i CANT abandon it, the section is grey!

And the only think im asking is TO DELETE the daym quest from my "quest log" its been a 4 days..... just for that !

I tryed without any addons, i deleted the FrameXML foulder, reinstaled the entire game, i even downloaded a few quests addons. Its the same think, i cant talk to the NPC and can't abandon the quest so atless i try to retake it
