Character name: Trafikante
Bug description: I think this Human Racial don't work because when i'm in BG at horde and racials changes i have the same stats as i have on Human even if i'm Undead in BGs. I can't test it on open world because it require to change race.
Proof: I can't give a proof because i have to change race , then change it back and that request moneys because i still wanna play human. And at Level 1 , human mage and dwarf mage has the same stats , but you can only see crit that is 5% on both races.

I think it needs to be fixed asap because 2% secondary stats boost can make big difference in PVE and PVP aswell.

The racial is working perfectly fine. Down below you can see two characters with identical gear and their stats

Here you can see that my priest has 1249 mastery (23,49%):

Now, if we do the math: 1249 x 1,02 = 1273,98. So humans do indeed benefit from their racial.
