You posted 1 trash video, barely clear, 2 low resolution photos, one random warcraft log in which you didn't even notice he was using T21 and your giving contradictory information. You have no clue whatsoever how to properly test something, you have no clue whatsoever about the hunter and all you do is scream "this thing bugged. Me don't know why. can u stop? u've been already trashed. when i respond to your negative comments i was fixing my laptop, didn't pay that much attention about what i was writting or what you've writed. i brought to you numbers in comment but then try to be "smart ***" when i'm more then sure u're not even playing hunter due to low dmg and for me, if they will change something on hunter not, it will not affect my high dps, i'm already doing 2m+ so idc if they do smh or not, it's just for the rest of them, why all the big hunters left on retail or rerolled just LEAVE this post to the ppl that are doing dps or playing hunter + the mods.

The conversation here is far too long for a simple report, you are boasting you egos way too much here, refrain from doing this in the future.
Here are some pictures of testing your theory with True Aim and I can say for certain that this is not true because the stacks are present on the dummy with the correct % dmg increase.
And above Kynext mentioned the reason for the inconsistent damage, it takes in account your minimal and maximal damage and takes one of the numbers in between those two values.
