Descrierea bugului / Bug description: La level 70, Aspect of the Hawk da 101 Attack Power cand ar trebui sa dea 316. Pe wowhead sliderul dus la level 70 arata 316 AP.
Dovada / Proof: Wowhead -> 70 Slider ->316 AP. http://chardev.org/?profile=276792 -> Hawk -> 316 AP

Am reparat doar pentru level 85, e putin mai complicat sa ii refac scalingul complet sa mearga corect pentru toate levelurile, eu zic ca nu merita pe un server 20x XP sa ne complicam atat de mult cu lowlevel stuffs
