Bug description: As u can see in the Video Parsel Tongue stacks dont stack up leech, i cant test if the damage part of the legendary is also not stacking but i would assume it if stacking on leech is not working. U should get 1 % damage and 2% leech per stack, stacking up to 4 stacks, so 4% damage and 8% leech. Thanks for reading. Hope u have a great day, stay save

Nice catch but sorry to inform you the issue is only visual. The buff works correctly in both ways.
