Bug description: Lower damage than on sim.
Proof: I opened simulationcraft for 7.3.5. Got naked and only kept my bm weapon. I have no concordance and no sets and no proc items. The simulationcraft tells me i should do 14476 damage on a normal hit and 28951 on a crit.
I do 9816 on normal hit and 19632 on a crit.

Hmm, on 7.2.5 i do 15K on normal, and 30k on crit....So again, lower damage on 7.3.5 than on 7.2.5, even though nothing changed for that spell from 7.2.5.

Ok, found somethimg, it seems it does not benefit from mastery, But simcraft said it should. I did a simcraft with only wepon, and compare it with one with a weapon and a full mastery ring.

Only with wepon (23,51% mastery) :

So 17888-46233 vs 21543-55679 on a normal hit. but only mastery does not explain the difference, there must me a little somthing else.

later edit.... sorry, mastery seems to be working, only the tooltip does not seem to be affected .. so i have no idea wtf is wrong with the spell... can someone compare the 7.2 vs the 7.3 formula for it?

Bring me solid proof of formulas on how it worked on Retail, don't take the 7.2.5 as an example because there was quite a hefty amount of bugs regarding BM back then. Not taking Simc as the proof because it's not enough.
