Bug description: Low damage
Proof: The target bleeds for 270% AP, with 90% AP per tick. The target bleeds so there is no armor resistance involved.
I have 13256 ap. mastery 23,92, and no versa.
So the math is : 13256 (AP) x 0,9 (90% ap) x 1,2392(mastery) X 1.15 (damage increase trait on the weapon) =17001
I do 14003 on dummy.

Also As the damage is pet damage and is a result of kill command it could be increased by the pet Combat Experience (60% increased damage) skill, but i am not sure about that. With that the difference would be waaaaay bigger.
