Bug description: I was in need of barrage for a mission and i went to Dalaran to change my Talents from A Murder of Crows to Barrage , after the mission i went back to Dalaran to change Talents the way they were before the mission and i was shown that A Murder of Crows was Unable to learn but on my spell bar were sent both of them Barrage and A Murder of Crows . I went to some mobs and tried them both , both of them were working and i thought it was a bug that i have to report. As u can see at Proof , Murder of crows is on cdr after using it and damaging the target even if i was told that it was Unable to learn , it just appeared on my bar.

This bug happens sometimes. I don't know the exact reason but just switch your talent specs when it happens and you should fix it. This solution works for me when it happens. So let me know if this fixes it.
