Bug description: The damage is lower than it shoud be.
Proof: I opened simulationcraft for 7.3.5. Got naked and only kept my bm weapon. I have no concordance and no sets and no proc items. The simulationcraft tells me i should do 44558 damage on a normal hit and 89116 on a crit.
I do 33608 on normal hit and 67216 on a crit.

Did a try in 7.2.5, seems to be working good, i do 40k dmage on hit, so i do as much damage as in 7.2.5 sim, so it seems to be broken only in 7.3.5. Its the same problem as kill command, nothing changed between paches, but the damage is lower then 7.2.5, even with the 2,5% damage increase for bm hunter in 7.3.5.

There is a hotfix for this spell with a 25% damage increase, and the spell should be incresead by the 10% trait. I dont know if this is the cause, but please check.

Bring me solid proof of formulas on how it worked on Retail, don't take the 7.2.5 as an example because there was quite a hefty amount of bugs regarding BM back then. Not taking Simc as the proof because it's not enough.
