Bug description: This spell dont have a breaking point, is that normal? Like i took tons of dmg from any hunter and this shit spell is not breakin'. If u dont have a dispel to use it, u are so dead...

Spoke with a member of the Quality Assurance Team and after tests on retail and on PTR + Live it seems as it should not have a breaking point
