Descrierea bugului / Bug description: da dmg mai mare decat ar trebui
Dovada / Proof:

Formula de calcul pentru black arrow este 66.5% RAP + 2849 (total damage) source

Eu am 13472 RAP =>
13472*0.665+2849=11807.88
11807.88*1.14(mastery)=13460.9832

Impartind acest dmg la 10 tickuri cat are black arrow ar trebui sa am 1346 dmg/tick

Eu in schimb dau 1748 dmg/tick

Formula e gresita sau nu tine cont de buffuri/mastery/talente.NU are cum ca BA sa dea atata damage per tick.

Am testat personal si e imposibil ca dupa calculele formulei tale ar trebuii sa fie mai mic cu exact 1k in cazul meu.E un lant nesigur acolo, problema e ca nu am timp sa il dezbat mai in amanunt.E imposibil la acea diferenta de attack power dintre noi, dar la acelasi punct de mastery sa am 2.8k pe BA, tinand cont ca tu ai 13k RAP, iar eu 20k RAP unbuffed.

Daca poate cineva sa testeze in amanunt problema lasati un PM, o sa va ajut in masura timpului disponibil.

Ai adaugat talentul cu +30% periodic damage si schimbarea din 4.2? (40% additional damage).
