Bug description: spell makes you reach target with delay after 1 sec of pressing it + trait https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=203754&&name=terms-of-engagement doesnt reset cd if pet or flanking strike or somebody else that you attacked with kills target

The Harpoon part works correctly, I'll check the other part later and when I find some proof of how it works I'll make a proper report if it's bugged.
