Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Eu din cate stiu "increasing the casting time of all spells by 30%" inseamna sa imi creasca casting-ul de la spell-uri; exemplu: de la 1 sec cast time, sa am 1.3 sec cast time. Problema este ca imi creste si cast time, dar imi scoate si tot haste-ul... de la 20~% haste, ma duce la -7% haste... nu mi se pare normal. Gresesc? Vs. Rogue care joaca la Numbing deabia dau damage cu dot-urile... nu ii pot face damage deloc...
Dovada / Proof:

Practic, imi scoate 1400 Haste Rating... ma duce pe 0 Raste Rating.

Asa e normal oO' ??? ... cu toate ca e f ciudat... am cautat pe google nu prea am gasit nimic... oare asa e si pe Original? Poate sa testeze cineva? Reduce la fel tot haste? Te duce pe -% haste???

+1 bug major, chiar "prime" as putea spune, un dk poate profita de asta, it must to be fixed

numai dk-ul ?

si rogu si lock-ul.. mai ales dk-ul intradevar... si rogu...

sp-ul si warlock-ul ... cand primesc -30% haste rating, dau foarte putin damage cu dot-urile.. scoate 3-4 tick-uri de la dot

Trebuie neaparat fix, si la mage se cunoaste... dar la priest, reduce tick-uri la toate doturile cand e pe minus haste, si numai da damage deloc.

Clar nu e pe oficial asa. Cum au zis si in posturile de mai sus, din #code se vede foarte bine care e problema. Fix this, e foarte important. Mai ales ca dupa acest post cu totii or sa faca exploit.

nu reiese ca iti scade haste-ul cu 30 %
(zice clar "forced", adica te duce si sub 0 haste)
Nu haste-ul iti scade timpul dintre dots?

Increase casting 30%, inseamna : de la 1 sec cast, sa ai 1.30 sec cast. Nu sa iti scada HASTE de la 20% la -7%

Nu are rost alte discutii...

Am observat ca faci pe desteptu pe /Bug Report ,ori aduci informatii despre topicurile in sine sau nu mai piede timpu apasand butoane.

Cat despre Topicul in cauza, da, e destul de nasol sa scada -30% haste, faptul ca nu afecteaza doar cast time, ci si reduce bonusul care il castiga anumite clase din Haste (rogue-energy, DK-rune regen, hunter-focus, sistemul de DoT-uri, etc) imbalanseaza jocul.

Comentarii stupide... care nu ajuta cu nimic. Cert este ca Shadow Priest-ul, Affli Lock-ul... cand primesc acel debuff pe ei... numai dai damage deloc... reduce haste la -10% si se duce draq extra tick-urile de la script-ul Cataclysm... dai cateva tick-uri pe dot la cateva secunde bune...
Stim foarte bine ca e buguit script-ul de hot/dots... dar odata ce mai primesti si -30% Cast Time Debuff (adica -30% haste) se duce naiba de tot tickurile.... trebuie fix neaparat
ps: e aiurea cand vezi numai abuzeri... chiar si la eventuri
