Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Well heres the thing when i complete quest in argent tournament grounds i receive Champion Seal in Currency instead as item in my inventory thats why this quest is impossible to complete here you go picture as proof and with this quest not working whole chain for argent crusader in tournament ground is pretty much close

This bug is on evolution realm im not sure about other realms

I believe that quest giver is intended for the Champion Seal's that you get in the inventory instead of the currency tab. You get those from opening http://www.wowhead.com/item=45724 from other quest.
Since you can't use Champion Seal as currency when they are in the inventory, i think this is the shortcut for fixing the bug.

This quest was intended to exchange the Champion's Seals which you had from WOTLK to new CATA currency.

No bug here

You can't buy items with Champion's Seal (item). That quest was created to help players change their items in currency.
