Bug description: Hello, I finished the Boon of the Nether Disruptor quest which should have rewarded the Armorcrafter's Commendation and it didn't, I haven't received the item even if I have 800 Blacksmithing. Please help me, I wanted to craft the legendary

Same here... did not receive the quest item nor is it available in the items sold by the vendor.
