and yesterday i saw that i cant Upgrade and reforge this item...

Hello!
I would suggest to delete the cache first and check if there is still bugged. I saw that item on many players , with reforge and upgrade. Maybe it's just a visual bug. I will do some research and I will post here if I find anything worth of seeing. Maybe post some screenshots or a short video if you can. Cheers.

Cloud withe item tights gives you reforge and upgrade. Not mentioned here is not un bug.
