Bug description: I know that all other bosses found in MV, ToES, HoF and SoO have a drop chance on personal loot for the Sigils, except for 2 bosses: Lei Shen and Sha of Pride (which have a 100% drop chance on the Sigils / link: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Sigil_of_Wisdom and that has been confirmed by Freakz staff too: http://tinypic.com/r/xdecrc/9).
For 2 weeks now i've been tricked by Sha of Pride by not getting any sigil. I need to know if there is something to be done about this bug (and if i can recover my Sigils..). I don't really want to keep farming them for no reason. Plus, if there really is a bug, continuing the quest will give me a hard time once i start to farm the Secrets ..

Sigils here are actually tricky since they're not personal loot entirely: MSV/HOF/TOES drops sigils from boss loot itself so it's raidwise and you can acquire them on multiple difficulties throughout week. But ToT is retail like with personal loot with lei shen having 50% for each sigil to drop as personal loot. Although SoO has like 0.3% on first 8 bosses to drop it including sha. And you'll actually have easier time doing secrets since Secrets have 2 guaranted personal loots per week (sha + lei shen) and pretty decent chance on entire tot + 8 soo bosses which is roughly 10%. Runestones work same as secrets but without first 6 bosses of tot. And small trick in the end. If you complete sigils/secret quest you can gather secrets/runestones immiedietly in same week meaning sigils don't share personal loot cd with secrets and those don't share it with runestones.

which basically means, they drop in the bosses loot? and everyone can loot them, right!? (because if so, Sigil of Wisdom dropped on Regail in TOES and everyone could loot it except for myself; i couldn't see the Sigil amongst the other items that were on the boss.. )

I didn't die at all, unfortunately
My character tho has been experiencing some bugs here and there...so it wouldn't surprise me if something about this quest got bugged too along the way
p.s. i was thinking about abandoning the quest and retake it..? Would that help prevent any possible existing bug? And if i abandon it, will the sigils already in my bag still count?

It could make you re-avaible to acquire sigils so yes. Those sigils that you have would be counted as well

Alright, it looks like after i've abandoned the quest and retook it, i already got one Sigil. So this might have fixed whatever was going on. Now, is there really no way i could recover at least the Sigil of Wisdom that i couldn't loot from Regail in TOES so that one of the 2 weeks i was bugged wouldn't go to waste?

You could try making recovery but that would only work with ss from looting it and it'd have to show that you have the quest atm

Abandon the quest Delete cache a retake quest and the items for legendary questline will start dropping again
