Bug description: Draught of Souls effectiveness has been reduced by 40% just for Arms and Fury Warriors and not for all clasess. In game DoS from my pala get nerf too.

Tested it with 3 other hero. I confirmed it. same for me also, DoS do 40% (or more idk exactly) less damage than before.

those screenshots are not proof that it got nerfed for all classes.
